Learning Disability and Autism Strategy

Learning Disability and Autism Strategy (PDF, 3.29 MB)

The strategy describes how the council, the NHS and others will improve the lives of autistic adults and those with a learning disability. It is focused on six topics: Feeling safe and accepted, good health, the right support, a good home, more job opportunities, and friends, relationships and feeling connected to others. The strategy is accompanied by the Learning disability & autism action plan (PDF, 301.87 KB) and was co-produced with adult with a learning disability and autistic adults. Safeguarding Adult Board strategic plan

Safeguarding Adult Board strategic plan (2023)

The Safeguarding Adults Board helps protect adults at risk of abuse or neglect and raises awareness of this throughout the borough. The strategic plan sets out the priorities for the Board over the next three years, and how these priorities will be met.
