Old Dagenham Park is a relatively large neighbourhood park of 13.3 hectares. There are a wide range of sports facilities such as:

• a BMX track (currently closed)

It also offers space for informal recreation such as walking, jogging and children's playground.

Bus Routes

You can access the park from Ballards Road using the 145 service or from the Heathway using services 173, 174 and 175.

Underground

The nearest tube stations are Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East.

There is one car park situated at the entrance on Siviter Way.
