Have you given notice of marriage / civil partnership?
Please visit our marriage and civil ceremonies page where you can book and pay for your appointment.

Booking a birth registration

 

If your baby was born in Barking Birthing Centre or at home in the borough, please submit your enquiry and we will contact you within 5 working days.

If your child was born in Queens Hospital and you live in Barking and Dagenham, please use our Register a birth form to book your appointment .

If your child was born anywhere else, please contact the local authority where the birth took place.
