My B&D account

You can use a My B&D Account to manage various services related to your Rent, Council Tax and benefits, saving you time

Here are some key functions you can perform with your account: 

  1. Pay your rent: You can manage your rent payments, including setting up Direct Debit or making online payments. 
  2. Check your rent account balance: You can view your rent account and check your balance online by registering for My B&D. 
  3. Apply for social housing: While the application process for social housing is separate, having a My B&D account may facilitate access to information and updates regarding your application status. 
  4. Manage your benefits account online: You can check your current award for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, view payment details, and receive notifications of any changes to your award. 
  5. Access your Council Tax account: You can view your Council Tax bill, make payments, and apply for a single person discount on your Council Tax if you live alone
