- Pay your rent: You can manage your rent payments, including setting up Direct Debit or making online payments.
- Check your rent account balance: You can view your rent account and check your balance online by registering for My B&D.
- Apply for social housing: While the application process for social housing is separate, having a My B&D account may facilitate access to information and updates regarding your application status.
- Manage your benefits account online: You can check your current award for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, view payment details, and receive notifications of any changes to your award.
- Access your Council Tax account: You can view your Council Tax bill, make payments, and apply for a single person discount on your Council Tax if you live alone
