Bin charges terms and conditions

  1. The charge of £25 for a domestic wheeled bin has been applied to cover the cost of the wheeled bin, administration and delivery charge
  2. There is no charge for the removal of a damaged or unwanted domestic bin and there is also no charge for any recycling bins
  3. Wheeled bins will only be delivered once the payment via debit/credit card or cheque has been processed
  4. We aim to deliver the wheeled bin within 10 days of a cleared payment
  5. Domestic bins are 140 litres in size
  6. Once an order has been made you will receive a confirmation email
  7. Wheeled bins will only be delivered to locations within LBBD
  8. Proof of delivery will be obtained by the delivery crew
  9. All wheeled bins remain the property of LBBD
  10. Alternative collections of bags/boxes will not be accepted as domestic waste
  11. Should you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours of making your request.  A full refund will be given
