Join us to celebrate Eid-al-Adha with Eid at Eastbury, on Sunday 2 July at Eastbury Manor House from 11am to 4pm.
Eid-al-Adha, also known as the "Festival of Sacrifice," holds a deep cultural and religious significance for Muslims worldwide and brings together all members of the community. The occasion is a time of reflection, gratitude, and community bonding.
Working in partnership with Al Madina Mosque, the family fun day lets residents immerse themselves in a range of performances, exhibitions, and workshops - from drumming workshops to henna and face painting. You can also indulge in a tantalising selection of culinary delights, including traditional dishes and international flavours, at a number of diverse food stalls.

Entry Conditions
To ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable day at the event following entry conditions apply:
- No alcohol brought on site
- No weapons or tools on site
- No glass on site
- No unsealed bottles
- No gazebos and BBQs (folding chairs are permitted)
- No fireworks, pyrotechnics and smoke devices
- No uncontrolled or dangerous dogs on site
- Keep dogs on a lead at all times
- Do not leave pets in vehicles
- No drones on site
- No driving on site unless in the permitted hours with a security escort
- Please keep children with you at all times - visit the Information Point to get a wristband with your contact details for your children in case children or vulnerable adults become separated from your group.
- Searches may be undertaken
- Photography and film will be taken please see signage
Official event photography and filming will take place and will be used for all marketing and communication purposes. Photo consent forms will be completed for close-up shots of children. Please contact the Information Point if you have any concerns.

The venue has a limited capacity so as required we will operate a 'one in, one out' system.

No event parking, please walk or use public transport.

Free blue badge parking in designated bays close to the House.
Public Transport
The park has two transport connections serviced by the District line via Upney station which is a 8 minute walk from the venue and Becontree station which is a 30 minute walk from the venue.
There are 3 bus services that stop within a few minutes walk of Eastbury Manor House. The 62 to Ripple Road Cemetery or the 287 & 368 to Ripple Road/Tudor Road. Use the TFL journey planner and enter our postcode, IG11 9SN, as your destination.
Accessibility
Eastbury Manor House is a relatively flat site on grass with hard standing paths. The House has accessible toilet facilities and a hearing loop is available on site.
Facilities
First Aid on site is located near the Information Point. Families attending are encouraged to visit the Information Point in order to gain a wristband in case children or vulnerable adults become separated from your group.
