If you care for a disabled child, or an adult or older person, Carers of Barking and Dagenham can offer you independent advice, support and practical help.
Carers of Barking and Dagenham offer information, support and advice for carers who care for a relative or friend. You can make an appointment to speak to them at one of their centres, or you can call them and ask them to visit you at home.
