The Children and Young People’s Plan 2011-16 (CYPP) has been produced by the Children’s Trust and is a call for change and a plan for action.

The plan has been informed by an extensive needs analysis and consultation which are available on this page.

It concentrates on key areas where we believe working together will make a bigger difference, setting out the key over-arching strategic objectives and top five priority areas.

The plan is a high level summary of the Children’s Trust strategic direction in the next five years.

It also includes detailed joint commissioning plans and an overall implementation plan.
