Local Implementation Plan

The Barking and Dagenham third Local Implementation Plan (LIP3) outlines our proposed strategy for delivering improvements to the transport system in the borough to 2041. The plan was agreed by our cabinet and assembly in January 2019 and approved by the Mayor of London in April 2019.

The LIP contains a range of measures and interventions that we believe will help deliver our borough manifesto ambition of growing the borough and to make a lasting difference to those who live, work and do business in the borough.
